How to Apply
 
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application.
 
Create an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, Click the link, "Create an Account", from the menu at the top of the page. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.


Immunization Requirements

In accordance with the Texas Catholic Conference accreditation standards, Holy Trinity Catholic School complies with all age and immunization requirements of the State of Texas and the Catholic Diocese of Fort WorthEvery student enrolled in a Catholic School in the State of Texas shall be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the immunization schedule adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services. A student who fails to present the required evidence shall not be accepted for enrollment. The only exception to the foregoing requirement is a medical exemption signed by a licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) authorized to practice in the State of Texas, including the physicians license number.  Immunizations are not in conflict with the Catholic faith. Conscientious objections or waivers, which may be permissible for attendance in public schools, do not qualify as an exemption in Catholic Schools in Texas. (Texas Attorney General Opinion: GA-0420)

Children entering Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 years of age by September 1st of that school year.  Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by September 1st of that school year.  Children entering 1st grade must be 6 years of age by September 1st of that school year.  Holy Trinity Catholic School cannot make any exceptions to these regulations.
